To our valued consumers,

In pursuant to Executive Order No. 35 series of 2021 placing the City of Bacolod under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) from July 1 to 31, 2021, Primewater Bacolod will now only cater consumers scheduled for payment of Investigation Fee and Installation Fee for the New Service Connection (NSC).Kindly present the text message sent to you by our NSC Customer Service to the Guard on duty.

Applicants for the New Service Connection may submit their complete requirements through our Dropbox.

✅ Place all documents in a long brown envelope
✅ Indicate your Name / Contact Number / List of Documents submitted at the back of the envelope
✅ Before dropping your envelope, make sure to write in the logbook provided by the Guard on duty.
