Schedule of Availability of Service:

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Payment is until 4:00 p.m. only with no noon break

Who May Avail of the Services:

Any registered consumer whose water meter was stolen

Procedure:

1. Submit Police Blotter to the Customer Service Clerk and request for replacement of stolen meter. 2. Pay the cost of meter to any teller from counters 1 to 5. 3. Present the Official Receipt to the Customer Service Clerk for the preparation of service request for the replacement of water meter.
